Divya Rayamajhi

About

Divya Rayamajhi is an emerging actress in the Nepali film industry and the daughter of veteran actor Dilip Rayamajhi. After spending several years in the United States, she returned to Nepal to pursue a career in acting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies and a Master's degree in IT Project Management, both from Towson University — an uncommon combination that reflects both her passion for performance and her practical discipline. She stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and is currently based in Kathmandu.

Career

Divya is set to make her official acting debut in the upcoming film Aktor, marking her formal entry into Nepali cinema. While she carries a recognizable family name, her academic background in theatre suggests she is approaching the craft seriously and on her own terms. She is also attached to additional projects currently in the works. Though still a newcomer, she has drawn early attention from directors and industry circles. All signs point to someone building a long-term presence in Nepali cinema rather than a brief appearance.
